Parking terrible, about 3 assigned spots for a relatively large restaurant, and a few street parking spots which run out easily. Food mediocre. We had a mix of daily menus and a la carte order. Both came with fries which was fine for the latter but not freshly made for the daily menu. Service: waiter was very impatient with our small kids. Granted, they do trouble but this is not what I expect from a professional. AC: not sure if there was any, but all doors and windows were open so in hot weather you can expect hot inside. I will never visit this place again.

Traditional Hungarian food served amazing Gulash soup it’s a must try ❤️ restaurant has a great atmosphere and also quite accessible by public transportation and by self drive. The staff were friendly and recommended us traditional food. Also the Hungarian sponge cake for dessert is must try over ever.

One of my favourite restaurant in Budapest. Its owners are very nice, the food served here was amazing including Hungarian Goulash , chicken wrapped in ham and the dessert Hungarian Sponge cake were the best recommendations. I’d love to visit the restaurant next time I’m in Budapest.

We had passed this place several times and had seen good reviews so decided to stop for dinner. Mark was our server...a very nice young man, fluent in English and very helpful in describing the menu for us. We took his suggestions with minor alterations which were made with no problem. From the wine to soup, main course and dessert, we had a great meal and VERY reasonably priced. Although it is a bit of a trek from District 5, it was worth it!!! Thank you, Mark, for making this a good dining experience for us!

First of all, food was fine - live service was neutral, though. There was no automatically handled napkin for us. You can pay by card only over 1500 HUF. We were told we should have notified them that we were going to pay by card well before paytime. There were almost no guests when we were there despite it was a Saturday. All minor things which all could have been better and made our stay pleasant. If you don't care about service but do care about food quality, you can go.
