Picike, nincs ülőhely, borzalmasan visszahngzik, elég 1 gyerek hogy alig lehessen hallani valamit, cserébe a kihangosító borzalmas minőségű és inkább ront a helyzeten, mint javít, és a félreértést külön panasz után sem hajlandó korrigálni a vasúttársaság.

Terrible experience with a very rude employee who laughed at me with zero professionalism because I didn't understand her sour instructions,to change the box office to get Budapest-Bratislava tickets. She should be fired, she’s an acidic with short blonde hair who works at counter number 2 or 3 (I don't remember exactly).He's definitely not in the mental condition to deal with the public because he's too rude!!!!Avoid her!!!Fire her!!!Bad Hungarian experience I repeat!And I repeat too that she is a rude person!!!! You don't treat tourists this way.!!!!!!

5 open desks and i checked all of them for an issue with a cancelled trip but none of the employees spoke English, not helpful at all.

The international ticket staff was fast and helpful. The office location is between platform 17 and Paris something building, just go forward after the platform 17 then you’ll find it.
