A generous one star for zero service. Emese Bone is the worst Dr my husband and I have been to. At an annual check up she did not even bother to do propper check ups and referrals. Did some blood tests, but never responded about the results even though she preferred to do follow up on email. Again, of course, no referrals to check deeper. At our age, these check ups are important and this shows Dr's indifference.

As a Canadian expat with a B1 level in Hungarian, I would save my experiences here have been great. I’ve only had to visit a couple of times and each time has been successful. My first visits were with Hungarian friends that helped me understand the system and now I go by myself. The waiting area, admittedly isn’t nice. The service and care of the doctors and nurses exceeds my expectations. It’s a definite asset if you speak Hungarian and I suggest bringing a Hungarian speaking friend with you the first or second time. My doctor speaks fluent English, though the front desk workers do not speak English. The service is on par with Canada, though the environment is not. I would say the service is faster than in Canada after having lived in Canada for 48 years.

Rettenetes hazugság az V. kerületben a háziorvosi ellátás, mint szolgáltatás. Se telefonra (amit félórán keresztül fel sem vesznek), se e-mail kérésre nem válaszolnak három napon keresztül dr. Bóné Emese rendelőjéből. Szégyen, hogy itt tartunk 2023-ban az egészségügyi ellátásban.
