Rendszeres vásárlója voltam a mai napig bezárólag ennek a BENU gyógyszertárnak, mindenki kerülje messziről!!! Elég volt, eddig tűrtem, betelt a pohár most már nálam is. Ismét belefutottam a hosszú sötét hajú, sötét szemű pénztárosba, már sokadszorra kritikán alulian viselkedett velem ez a nő. Mertem kérdezni tőle a gyógyszerek szedését illetően kedvesen, illetve az árakkal kapcsolatban. Erre jött a grimaszolás, a püffögés a részéről ,de én még mindig nagyon kedves voltam vele és nem jeleztem neki, hátha. Iszonyatosan bunkó volt a pénztáros, egy kicsit sem segítőkész. Majdnem 20.000 Ft-ot ismét elköltöttem itt, de azt éreztem mintha nekem kéne megtisztelve éreznem magam. Az eddig szuper napomat sikerült ismét lehúznia.Soha többet nem megyek ide...:(

Iszonyatosan bunkó az eladó és kicsit sem segítőkész. Kb úgy éreztem magam mintha nekem kéne megtisztelve éreznem magam. Mindenki kerülje ezt a gyógyszertárat aki tudja. Úgy hogy most szül a feleségem éppen. Szégyellje el magát.

Sajnos negatív tapasztalatom volt a patikában. A kisfiam gyógyszerét szerettem volna kiváltani, de az ott dolgozó kollégák részéről nem kaptam köszönést, majd amikor udvariasan megadtam a TAJ számot, lekezelően félrenéztek. Úgy gondolom, a gyógyszertárban kiemelten fontos a figyelmes és tiszteletteljes kommunikáció, főleg akkor, ha beteg gyermek gyógyszeréről van szó. Remélem, a jövőben nagyobb hangsúlyt fektetnek a kedvességre és az emberi hozzáállásra, mert ez sokat számít a betegeknek.
