Be honest, say what you would like, and they will try their best to make your trip great. I ordered a car last minute in peak hours of the summer and they came through. Out of 20 car rentals I called, these people got the best price. Definitely I will order again for their response time.

We were well looked after and very friendly and efficient way. We needed to extend the hire and no problem very helpful and very reasonable rates and at the end of the hire on the last day a taxi was called to take us to the airport. All in all a very pleasant experience. We will use them again and recommend to friends. Beatrix and Rodger

Before using the service of this company I had a very bad experience with a car rental company. The "Bèrautòkiràly" is a total different company. They are thorough, honest, helpful and provide excellent customer service. You don't need a credit card here, because they don't have bank terminal. It might cause some unconvenience, but it is great for people who dislike credit cards.

Check in takes very long. Check out as well. You can’t pay with bankcard, not even the deposit! € is also problematic. Not recommended for international companies and people who like it the easy way!

Called 3 times, they said it was OK, car is available and need to send an email. Got a reply that it was rented out to someone else. Reply to your comment: On the second phone call I said I want to book it and the person said it was OK, now just send an email. Which I did and called right after to make sure you saw it. Still got a reply that it was gone.

Had an excellent experience with this company. As others have pointed out the staff is polite, helpful and reasonable, the price/quality relation is good. While i have rented dozens of cars in my life, and i'm not proud to admit this, I had my first accident with a rental while renting from this company. Even then they were 100% fair and reasonable. And that is the ultimate test for a rental company. Trustworthy and highly recommended.

I've got a flawless and clean car for an amazingly low price for its quality, they were flexible and helpful so customer care is a 10/10, best car rental service so far
