Rude and unfriendly staff

Rude and accusatory serving staff. I cannot use the word customer service staff as this would be far from the truth. My daughter and her friend had seen identical tops they wanted to purchase. There were 15 to 20 items on the rack all priced up at around 4000 Huf. When going to the cash desk, my daughter‘s friend had it scanned and it came up as 8000 Huf . The girls politely questioned this and the price was reduced to the label price of around 4000 Huf. My daughter then immediately went to pay for her item with the same cashier and the same top. She was told she could not have it at the price shown on the label but the price it came up on the cash register. This was despite the error being corrected by my daughter‘s friend who was a previous customer. The mother of my daughter‘s friend then went to help and shared that the price on the label should be honored according to the regulations. This was not accepted, the lady said she manager and was going home, closed the cash register and walked away. This was after she accused my daughter of changing the labels on all the 15 to 20 items on the shelf to try and get it at a reduced price. Another staff member then came and said t

It’s impossible to enter fitting rooms, not because of hoge amount of people but because workers closed 8 from 16 and fulled them with empty boxes ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Zero orientation. There was never a worse relationship. In the online chat, I was constantly ignored all the time and if they answer, there is NO answer to the question or solution to the problem. There will be no refunds for things I did NOT receive. How to understand this? I paid you money for YOUR clothes. I explain the problem and wait for its solution, but in response I get ignored for 3 hours? I write where the answer and I get "I recognize the information, wait" seriously? 3 hours?and in the end I am simply disconnected from the conversation. I have been writing for 5 days, trying to call, writing to e-mail, but there is zero response. To order at least one thing from your store again? No thank you! and worst service ever in my life. No clothes, no money. Maybe it was my last money that I invested in the business and I have nothing to live for? These people and the store REALLY DO NOT care about your concerns. Rude people answered to me only even when i tried to be nice. I emphasize that I do not recommend this store.

I bought a pair of shoes about 14 days ago that I was supposed to wear for my birthday, when I tried the shoes at home I had to take them off as they were extremely painful in the back, the next day I was travelling until 1 day ago. So I go to the store today (during the right period for changing them) and this terrible and rude woman decides that she will not change the shoes as it looks that I worn them. Really? I believe that people in the store wore the shoes even more minutes that I did. The shoes were completely in the same state as I bought them. This situation is disrespectful and unfair and the woman refused to give me a solution. The quality of service is ways less than 1%. I will not visit this store anymore
