I came across this store by chance on my bike tour through Hungary and had two coats exchanged. The service was good and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately, when I returned to Germany, I discovered that the threads on my axle had been damaged when they swapped the coats. The axle couldn't even be screwed in as far as it would go, which any mechanic would have noticed immediately. Unfortunately, this problem was not pointed out to me in the store. Now back in Germany, the store demands that I come to them in person. This is of course not possible due to the distance. This makes it easy for them not to be liable for any damage caused.

Well-equipped shop, very professional and helpful staff. This is rare in Hungary. After examining my bike, they found a problem with the rear tire and repaired it immediately - for free . Thank you for a successful shopping.

Currently on a long trip London - Istanbul and had a problem with my brake catching on the rear rack, they solved the problem by flipping one of the arms of the rack which solved it! Didn’t ask for any money just to throw some change into the tip jar…. Legends!!!
