Sadly I cannot recommend this bedding store. Firstly, they have a very small selection of mattresses, but I decided to purchase one anyway because I thought I had wanted a Hungarian-made mattress. My only requirement was that it fit into my American queen-size mattress frame. I was sold a size that the retailer assured me would fit; however upon delivery, it did not fit. When it came to returning the mattress; the retailer blamed me for ordering the wrong size. Why would anyone purposely order the wrong size??? But she claimed in her 40 years of service, she's never made a mistake. Well, there is a first time for everything! I was able to return the mattress, but they charged me a re-delivery fee. So I will not be shopping at this brand ever again! I'm happy to report that I bought a Turkish-made mattress from the Yatas bedding store, and had the most-amazing customer service!

Wish I had read Gordon's review. Guess what, they will not let you return an item if they sell you the wrong thing and you realize it before you leave the cash register. I argued with the woman it was the wrong size, she argued it was correct. Best of my knowledge she has never seen my bed. But the credit card was processed before I discovered the issue, then she refused to exchange or refund. Got it home. Yup, wrong size. Worthless garbage. Go find another store, an honest store, to do business with.

Beware of shopping here because they will not let you return items even when they make a mistake. The rudeness and inflexibility of the Billerbeck customer service is incredible.

Cheating alter!!! Bought 200x220 blanket but inside was 200x180 smaller one One star is not even worthy! Bed service no refund possible when I went for complain!!!!
