I had a very kind and gentle hairstylist. My haircut was simple but she did it correctly. Most staff does not speak English but there is someone there to translate.

Think twice before trusting this salon with your hair. The customer service was friendly, and there was a staff member available to help with translation, since most of the hairdressers do not speak English. At the beginning, we discussed the haircut I wanted, and everything seemed clear. However, once the haircut was finished, I immediately noticed a significant difference between the left and right sides. One side looked balanced and well-shaped, while the other had been cut noticeably shorter. I pointed this out to the hairdresser and even asked a colleague to help explain the issue more clearly. Unfortunately, instead of correcting the problem and creating a more symmetrical result, the hairdresser continued cutting in a way that made the haircut look even worse. As a result, the unevenness became more noticeable. The final result was extremely disappointing and far from what we had agreed upon, especially around the front. What should have been a simple adjustment turned into a haircut that is visibly unbalanced and difficult to fix. I have attached a photo so others can judge the result for themselves. I went for a simple haircut, Marianna did my hair and I really loved it. She is very kind, and professional. Even though I do not speak Hungarian, she was extremely friendly and patient during the whole appointment. Strongly recommend!
