We made a reservation for an outdoor table, but when we arrived on time, there was no table available for us. We were a group of three adults with a small child in a stroller. When we asked about our reservation, we noticed that the table we had requested was already occupied. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff blamed other customers for taking our table. That raises the question: what is the purpose of having a reservation system if the staff cannot manage it? When we asked where we could sit, we were offered a table inside. Unfortunately, it was extremely hot and stuffy, so we decided to squeeze into the smallest two-person table and wait with our drinks until a larger table became available. To make matters worse, accessing the outdoor seating area with a stroller was almost impossible. When we tried to open the large folding glass doors to get through, the staff told us we were not allowed to do that. When I asked how we were supposed to reach the terrace with a stroller, it became clear that they had never even considered this issue. The service only got worse from there. Ordered drinks and rightaway our dish, after they brought out drinks we needed to wait 45 min. For our food and WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE RESTAURANT. Ordered burger without green salad on it but still there was rucalo on it which according to the infriendly waitress is not salad. The food was not really cold but warm was it neither. Served with black patato, could be a new sort of patato. Complaining we tried but the waitress turned around and walked away. Never ever will we go back there.

Two of my colleagues and I arrived before 7:00 PM for what we hoped would be a great dinner. The place was mostly empty and the staff didn’t seem too thrilled that we were there. The server was unfriendly and took our order repeatedly telling us the kitchen was getting ready to close. The food was OK but when we inquired about the dessert menu, she told us it was too late to order dessert. There was no option to leave a tip because the service fee was mandatory. I won’t be back.

Excellent presentation, service pace was just right, lovely food, main & desert - sorry no photos of desert as it was just too good. Pre booked for two people, are from 5pm.

Not Recommended whatsoever. We have ordered lunch via Netpincer from "Carlone Pizzéria" and got our order from this place instead for some reason... and it was absolutely dreadful, unfortunately: The servings were huge... but that was the only positive thing I could mention: the fries were soggy, the meat was dry, the re-heated quick-rice was swimming in water... everything was like something frozen from a previus day re-heated in a microwave... not even our dogs wanted to eat any of it... ... although our dogs are very well fed to tell the truth, but still. After our complaint was received by Netpincer they have assured us that the restaurant will call us to settle the issue, but that call have never come to pass until the writing of this review, which is more than a day later. This restaurant - just as Carlone Pizzéria - is: Not Recommended.
