I have to share my experience with everybody and recommend this store 100%! I was looking for a K9 sack for our miniature snautzer before going on a trip to the Dolomites. I found the store online and saw that the backpack is available in the sizes I was looking for. Since I was not able to go to the store in person because I was in another country, called the number available with the hope that I can get some infos and help regarding my purchase. On the other side of the line a very nice person said hello, and was very helpful with choosing the right size, helping me with the shipping since I was running out of time and needed the backpack right away. He took care of the delivery, was in contact with me throughout the whole process, and when my snautzer was not the biggest friend with the backpack when I tried doing tests at home, he immediately answered to my questions and gave me tips on how to get him in the sack, do’s and don’ts and just above and beyond service through the whole process. I am soso happy that I made the purchase through the store. If you are in the area, or if you need to call them just know you will be in the best hands. Thank you again Gábor! You Rock! 🐾❤️

Visited this store for the K9 Sports sack, The gentleman who worked in the shop was very knowledgeable about the product and even helped fit the product. Great service and the bio degradable poo bag a great bonus. Lots of great products available can not recommend this store enough.

I have rarely seen such a devoted store owner and one so eager to bend over backwards for his clients. He truly cares about both his customers and his business and I can only recommend his store to anyone seeking pet supplies in Budapest.
