My honest advice is to stay as far as possible from this place. I have been coloring my hair for almost 30 years, in salons and at home, I had all shades from light blond to midnight black, however it never happened that right after my roots are still showing. This was the worst hair coloring job I ever had. Haircut was not much better - I needed to cut my fringes 3 more times to get it at least acceptable. Additionally, spots were overheated with hair straightener, I will need to cut it quit short to fix it. Photos are taken on a day my hair was colored and after washing it 2 times

Don't go there as a foreigner, you get the classic hungarian treatment, they don't speak english even though the website gave a different impression. Another customer had to translate for me unfortunately. I came for a haircut + Joico hair treatment cause I was curious about it. The hairdresser asked me 0 questions, didn't introduce herself, told me nothing about this treatment, just told me to sit right away and started putting the stuff into to my hair, then left a few times to be on her phone. It's not nice to not know what's going on and this felt rude and careless. My scalp is sensitive. This Joico treatment gave me an allergic reaction to my scalp, ears and neck. During the joico treatment she didnt check up on me at all, the skin was burning and the hairdresser was somewhere else. I decided to leave right after the treatment and get a haircut somewhere else, since from the start this was terrible. Women go to a salon not only to get the treatment, but some small talk, for a good experience you know. This is obvious. Don't choose Dominika she doesn't speak english. Other hairdressers there seemed nicer at least. Anyhow this was awful and I didnt want to go through this

Very proffesional team, I am using their service for some time already (male haircuts) and i am always happy with the result and the process itself :) They do speak English there, so it’s very convenient for me as a foregeiner. Prices are also very nice compared to other hairstyle studios/barbers around. I very much reccomend this place!

They canceled my appointment the evening before when I already made plans to come and skip meetings. I called the morning before to confirm and they said they would call back. I called back 12 times to try to get confirmation and they canceled the evening before my appointment. Don’t waste your time if you make an appointment as it will probably just get canceled randomly and waste your complete day.

My first appointment was cancelled without them reaching out first, and when I asked why, they said they thought I was a fake booking because I only used my initials for the sake of my privacy. The second booking was cancelled because I was told the person I was automatically assigned to doesn't do root bleaching. Weird that a hairdresser doesn't do a basic service, but okay. They told me to book for the following week, because despite the system showing me plenty of availabilities for that week, they cannot do it then for some reason. Okay. I don't like giving up, so I booked as requested. Upon arrival they told me my roots are longer than the official limit of 1.5cm, so it would have to be done in two parts, which will almost double the duration to four hours, and they don't have time for that, so I had to walk away. I was done two hours later in a walk-in salon where they did it in one part. Interesting.
