Best car service ever. I bring my car here for about ten years, and I always left satisfied. The owner is there all the time, he has an eye on all the processes, very customer oriented and flexible. Definitely recommend.

I was fully satisfied with the service at Pryma Autócentrum. They take a lot of time to discuss what needs to be done at the car and exactly inform in advance about the costs. Also after the repair every changed part is showed (they also show the removed, old parts) and once again explained in detail what they did and what parts they changed. Like this everything is very transparent, I really like the way they work! 5 Stars.

We were there with an embassy car to replace a headlight bulb. They were really kind, and did a quick and perfect job! They did this replacement for free. So we give them the highest points possible! And of course, we recommend this service to everyone!

I went to an appointment for the change of front wipers. They let me wait for 1 hour and couldn't perform the service. I asked to please be so kind to sell me the wipers only . They also refused to sell. I would not recommend their service. The owner does not know how to change window wipers and he just got offended that I tried to help him in a kind way . He refused to get help and the camera show he can certainly not repair a wiper. He also took my car and parked it in a place where it is forbidden to park without my permission.
