Minősíthetetlen ügyfélszolgálat. Ígérnek egy visszahívást, amit azóta várok. Illetve emailemre se válaszolnak. Olyan kérdésben, amit tudnak, hogy időhöz kötött, és a kollégájuk adta meg az email elérhetőséget.

Ilyen cègnek nem szabadna lèteznie.Másfèl hònapja nincs mosogatògèpünk. Igèret igèret igèret de nem törtènik soha semmi.A partner szervìz lehúzògèp dupla áron javìtott volna. Feladtuk valòszìnűleg erre vártak hìvtunk normális szerelőt bár elöbb megtettük volna. A kiterjesztett garancia átverès kerülje mindenki.

I took my oven there to be fixed. They told me I had to contact them by e-mail and they would come to my house. It has been more than 2 weeks and nothing has happened even though I mailed them 3 times. They do not even answer the e-mails anymore. Very unprofessional.

Total lack of support or responsiveness just to block the promotion units for delivery to rightful customer subject.

It’s a joke, you go there they explain you things for hours and then you want to buy and they tell you they don’t sell anything. When asked where I can buy, do they have a list of partners, answer was to find in internet. Then I find someone go there buy the most expensive dishwasher and then they tell me to call a hotline for installation. They arrive few days later and the final installation looks like this, I was told I needed to fix the door myself and was left also a big number of parts which nobody know where they should go… look at the photos. Regret this experience.
