Dark haired woman working is the rudest person I have ever encountered. Walked in to get a prescription and said hello and she couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me. I asked her how often I should take the medication and she rolled her eyes. They’re clearly only in business due to their location.

Taking advantage of tourists. Went in clearly asking for Ibuprofen, got sold paracetamol. Only noticed it saying paracetamol in tiny writing on the box once I left the pharmacy. Went back in to ask if they have ibuprofen as that’s the only one that works for me and it was available for 14€. When I asked if I can return the paracetamol which I have already paid around 7€ for, I was told rudely that no. Scammers and taking advantage of people with a smile on there face. Guess the only good thing is that they speak English but just need to polish up on the difference between paracetamol and ibuprofen.

Scammers. We went in holydays to Budapest we are not from Hungary so We were speaking in english. We go into this pharmacy to buy a pair of soles for my shoes and we ask for scissors to cut them, they say they will not cut them so we need to buy ones (ok no problem at all I understand) I needed to use them instantly cause I was in pain walking so the woman gives me the scissors to buy, they don't have prices in any item in there (illegal)and she don't tell us the price but ww didnt think much as is just scissors and she got we will only use them for that. We buy the scissors and what comes next: we get the notification in the phone from our bank for the payment "45euros for a pair of small scissors" ...what? in Amazon they are 15 euros, that's literally a scam, I have traveled everywhere never hapend to me anything similar and the worst, we went back in instantly and they refused to take them back (illegal too) we didn't want to ruin our time in holydays there so we just forgot about it. what a shame of place.

I'm a traveler who sought help for tonsillitis on Saturday. Although the pharmacist couldn't prescribe medication because I didn't have a prescription from a Hungarian doctor, she still provided me with significant assistance. She didn't get impatient due to language barriers, and I'm very thankful for her patient and gentle assistance.
