I visited this post office today to send an international EMS package, and I had an excellent experience. I would especially like to thank Rita, who speaks perfect English and was extremely welcoming, helpful, and client-oriented. She made the whole process smooth and easy to understand, which is especially valuable for foreigners who may not be familiar with the Hungarian postal system. Rita was friendly, kind, and highly professional throughout. It is clear that she truly knows her work and cares about helping customers. I hope she sees this message — thank you again, Rita!

You want to be treated like an idiot, come here. I asked for help to fill out a check and didn’t get it. After I tried the idiot behind the desk said that’s not good, go back to the person you want to pay and ask for a new check. Thank you for nothing. The OTP bank does it with the check I have without problems.

A very nice and bright post office and kind employees ! Lady at the gate 5 was very friendly and spoke great English! Brought a bunch of coins to pay the bill, and she took them with no pressure!

I am visiting on holiday and needed to send a package back home. Edith was very helpful, had a cheerful demeanor the whole process and spoke English well! Wait time was short on a Monday morning.
