Gergő gave me a great beard trim while I was traveling through Budapest. He asked great questions about what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. It was better than most beard trims that I have had in the US. Highly recommend!

Gergö is a very good hairdresser with a VERY STRONG attention to detail, which I particularly appreciate. I recommend him all the more if you are a foreigner, as his level of English is truly impeccable.

I had an excellent experience with Gergő: he cut my hair perfectly, with great attention to detail, and did exactly what I asked. His English is excellent, which is perfect because my Hungarian is sorely lacking 😅 We had a good conversation and swapped some travel tips. I can strongly recommend this place: highly professional, efficient, and friendly service. I certainly hope to come back here for another haircut one day.

A very warm, welcoming and professional barber I would highly recommend. Gergő was really helpful in giving me as a visiting tourist guidance both to the barbershop and was just as helpful in giving me and my partner great tips for our stay in Budapest. If you are staying in Budapest and would like to get your hair done, this is the place to go!

The best barber in Budapest with a very long distance to the runner-up! Haircut or razor shave, Gergö is the man. If you have searched for barber on google, you find quite a few barbers in Budapest - many more hip where you also get a beer and stuff like that. My humble opinion is if you want a good beer, find a pub. If you want a good haircut and shave, find the best barber. The latter is Budapest Borbély (Borbély meaning barber in Hungarian). Even if I compare to places like London, Istanbul, Milan, Athens with good barbers, the experience you get here is very high up on the value/experience-for-money. Big 5-star rec!
