Budapest Harmony Apartments

When we got there it smelled like cigarettes even though we were told we weren’t allowed to smoke inside. When we asked if they could do something they offered to do an odor removal. We got back to the appartment and it still smelled the same and it looked like no one came by. We then asked what the removal entailed and never got a reply back. He read our messages, but stopped replying.

We stayed in the terrace apartment, which was very spacious with incredible decor (the beds were amazing!). The apartment was meticulously clean, which was extremely important to us. It is in a great location in the Jewish Quarter (roughly between Hotel Mika and and Seven Seasons). For those who keep kosher, it is about a five minute walk from the kosher store Yafo Deli & Kosher food, as well as restaurants Hannah, Carmel and Cafe Tel Aviv, and a ten minute walk from Uptown Bakery and Cafe Tamar and the other kosher store. Sándor, the host, was very nice and tremendously helpful. He was available whenever we needed. For example, when we lost our baby's pacifier a few hours before our flight, he not only found us the closest open store but also gave us pacifier. Thank you, Sándor!
