I work in this building and overall, it's really well taken care of. That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. In the men's locker room, there's nowhere to hang wet clothes or towels—no racks at all. For people who bike to work or use the running track upstairs, it’s tricky to figure out where to leave their wet stuff. Adding some racks would make a big difference. Also, while there is bike parking, the security isn’t great. The door to the bike storage doesn’t have a proper lock and can be opened without a badge, unlike the rest of the building. Even with cameras around, it doesn’t feel very secure. It would make more sense if badge access was required there too. Just wanted to share this feedback—hopefully it helps make things even better around here.

The inside is great, but for some reason whoever planned the building forgot that wind is a thing, so all exits are pretty much in the middle of an aerodynamically perfect Venturi-tunnel. Also there are limited options to eat in the immediate vicinity, and if you have to get there every day, the 2 diners get old real quick.

I like this building. It is bright, modern, functional and modern. I go to the office by bike and it is very convenient, there is a secure place at the parking lot to leave it, and it is well connected to the elevators.

I think the building would fit the city texture better if it was a high rise building with like 15+ floors. Anyhow, not too bad

as far as office space buildings go, this has to be one of the best in Budapest. bright, modern, accessible, professional and clean. and do try the caprese sandwich in its coffee bar!
