A tegnapi nap folyamán csekk feladás céljából betértem ebbe a postába. A 106 sorszámot húztam. Mire a válasz" igen"!!! Mondom jobb helyeken.........

I have never experienced such poor treatment at a post office. The individual who eventually assisted me was exceptionally rude and completely unsuited for a customer-facing role. I’m including my ticket details to help identify the person responsible so appropriate action can be taken regarding their unacceptable behaviour. UPDATE: I later visited the post office at Árpád Üzletház, where the staff were professional, attentive to my needs, and guided me through the process of sending my official documents with track-and-trace. NOTE: All interactions were conducted in Hungarian.
