I booked the parking spot for the whole month. Once I arrived, the guard did not want to let me enter. When I called to customer service I was shocked that nobody speaked in English. I could not receive clear information by the phone or email. I tried three times with no results - disgusting and totally unprofessional!

I am here on Saturday. There's no staff and card payment does not work. Telephone numbers don't work or nobody's picking up. I have to find an ATM and hope that cash works

Parking cheap near the zoo, like 10 mins slow walk :)

4 stars for friendly staff and very reasonable prices (2019: 1500 HUF for 24hrs). Not sure if this parking is really guarded overnight, there was only a cashier sitting in his booth. Approx 7-10min walk to closest Metro station (15min to CBD).
