I feel like the employees only give out the Library card to people they want to. I was there on a Friday and they told me to come back in on Monday. Now they tell me that they don't want to have any new members there. And this isn't the first time it happened.

External students can not access the library without Library card, which you can only get during Mo-Fr.

I can’t access the WiFi as an external subscribed user and the chair is too low for the table making my neck feel hurt. the heater is too strong and it’s too warm inside, though the environment and building is beautiful

The best library that I’ve ever seen😍😍😍 I highly recommend this library for those who need a very silence place to study. But it has only one problem and that is this library doesn’t allow Non-European peoples to enter and join it. I hope that this problem will be solved very soon, then I don’t have to pay 1000 HUF per day for entering the library. I really love this but it’s too expensive...

Amazing library but extremely rude staff. Probably they don’t want more registrations due to overcrowding. The lady at the reception did everything to avoid it and she had a very unprofessional behavior when she figured out we speak English and not Magyarul.
