Service is always efficient and quick, the staff working tonight were incredibly nice and super kind with everyone who ordered just a few minutes before closing. 5 stars for the staff!

We’ve eaten the plant-based burger here more than 40 times according to Burger King App so we know exactly how the plant-based patty tastes like. Unfortunately, this time my order was messed up, and I was served a sandwich with a 100% beef patty instead of the plant-based one. When I pointed this out, the staff did not acknowledge the mistake and refused to take responsibility. This was disappointing, especially because diet choices and dietary restrictions are important and should be taken seriously. I hope the restaurant improves its attention to orders and customer service, because this kind of mistake can cause serious issues for people who rely on accurate food labeling

Fantastic experience at this Burger King branch in Budapest! 🍔 Staff's kindness matched only by the deliciousness of the burgers. Child-friendly tables and equipment make it perfect for families. Keep up the great work! 👌

I really wish Google Maps could give 0 or less. Very bad experience. I am very disappointed every time I meet this female waiter. Never greet guests proactively. Very unfriendly attitude. racist. Will laugh at guests' orders (because I order the same burger so often?) no one is forcing you to work here. Since you have chosen this job, please abide by the company's code of conduct. The photo was taken before. The last time I took the photo was this waitress not kind with me. I also have a restaurant in Budapest. I would never use this racist as an employee. I will definitely do pre-job training and staff on-the-job inspections.

Good place. I was expecting a bigger meal, the hamburguer was tiny. I think the fries size was ok. I couldn't make the order, my friend had to do it in Hungarian. So it is ok but I wouldn´t come back. Maybe only for pick up
