Just like the other Frei Cafes, amazing coffees, delicious desserts. Always a go to if you want to have a coffee.

The baristas are super nice,professional and patient! Also the coffee taste good

Worst Cafe Frei I have ever been to. There is a forced tip option, even though the cafe is self service. Also 10% tip is added even though I didn’t select it. Not recommended. I think cases like this seriously hurt their brand.

We arrived around 20:10 asked for a cup of (overpriced) tea, gave an extra 10% tip on the “tip enforcer”. Got the tea in the next 5 minutes, steeped it for 10 minutes (rooibos), took about two sips when at 20:30 the same barista told me that we should get going as they closed at 20:30.

Extremely Poor service, unmotivated and occasionally rude baristas, filthy cups, plates and glasses. Cafe Frei could be and should be much better than this.
