The room was nice and clean, and the location was excellent — everything we needed was within easy reach. A special thank you to the lovely, friendly blonde lady at the reception. She was incredibly kind and helpful. When we arrived, the street was closed because of a running event, and we were having trouble with parking. She immediately helped us sort everything out, which we really appreciated. We only stayed for one night, but everything was just right and we had no complaints at all. Thank you so much for your kindness and great service. If we come to Budapest again, we would happily stay at this hotel.☺️

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We stayed for three days with our parents, and we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. A special thank you to Zoltan and Anna (not sure if i got the correct name, sorry!) for helping us with all the check-in arrangements and making everything so smooth and easy, especially while travelling with our parents. The service was excellent, the hotel was in great condition, and the location was very convenient. We really appreciated how kind and helpful everyone was throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay! I had an amazing 1-week stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a big smile! The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day—the room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels and bed sheets were provided consistently. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great variety of options, including delicious sweets and treats. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again.

The quality of the dishes is exceptional, and the desserts are distinguished by a special finesse. We offer a wide range of natural fresh fruit juices, along with a rich selection of fruits, vegetables and salads. Upon arrival at the hotel premises, guests are greeted with a flavored refreshment drink and a welcome message. For customers arriving from lesser-known regions, we provide a detailed map of partner locations where they can check the availability of payment services or make deposits.

I stayed here for three days. I chose the hotel because of its location and I was not disappointed. It is superbly located for sightseeing at the Fishermens Bastion and the Castle Museum. Additionally it is very close to the Chain Bridge so the sights of Pest are only a short walk away. What enhanced the experience was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, both front of house and in the small and intimate bar. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. But I keep the best bit for last: the breakfast buffet was excellent. All in all my stay at the Carlton contributed to making my stay in Budapest memorable. Highly recommended.
