The shittiest hostel i have ever been to. UNSAFE- the front door was always unlocked, so anyone with code to the bulding could walk in. DIRTY- we booked a single room and it hadnt been cleaned since the last guests: cut nails on the floor, wet towels hanging around, used sheets, dirty dishes and full bin! we eventually found a closet downstairs with all the clean sheets and towels and had to chnge the sheets ourselves. there is a number for contacting the property and they say they are available until 22:00 but they didn’t reply for the whole five days of my stay. NO STAFF- during these five days i didn’t see anybody that worked there just a lot of confused guests. no cleaning, no restacking toilet paper, no help with check in. nothing the bathroom is disgusting, the shower head is broken, so you need to hold it, drain is clogged so it becomes a gross pool very quickly. there were wet towels on the floor of the shared bathroom every single day and even mud that stayed there the whole time. the other toilet, leaked from the top everytime we flushed. Towels were also all stained and gross! The bed was so broken one of the sides were almost folded while laying on it.

I would never stay here again! The room was not clean, also, I asked for one more blanket because we were cold and they will not only NOT provide one but the number provided did not answer the calls and took 24 hours to reply to my WhatsApp messages. The toilet was super dirty and there was no toilet paper and the shower was blocked and all the dirty water covers your feet and it was inundating the toilet and whole bathroom. I have to go and shower downstairs but it was always busy because there was lot of rooms on that floor. Finally we cannot open the window in our attic room. The bedsheets were not clean and smell weird as well as the pillow

we booked a room and waited for hours to get in. no one responded us. they didn't send us self-check in instruction or anything. we couldn't even get in this horrible place. don't stay here!

I stayed here with my friend and wouldn't stay here again. Only good thing was the location as it was close to the city center and the fact they had a washing machine. We stayed on the top floor in the attic room and it was very hot and stuffy up there as the roof windows did not open and the tiny fan only moved the hot air around. Floor was dirty and sheets had a few stains. The upstairs bathroom had clogged drains, with hair and black dirt/muck all in the shower. The whole bathroom floor was soaked and puddles everywhere- had to use downstairs bathroom. We notified the host straight away but he never replied to us for the entire stay (3 nights) and it wasn't properly cleaned. Bits of mould, cobwebs, exposed wires etc were found around the property. No elevator so prepare to lug your bags up two floors and then another steep staircase if you're put in the attic rooms. Staircase to attic rooms smelt so stale like old cigarettes. I'd avoid if I were you and pay a bit extra.
