Én csatlakozom az elégedett vásárlók táborához. Tegnap egy Rieker cipő nem volt a méretembe,máris nézte az eladó,hogy hol található...meg is rendelte és nagyon alaposan el is magyarázta hogy kell majd kifizetnem. Sajnálom hogy nem kérdeztem meg a nevét (megdicsértem a frizuráját-talán így magára ismer)Ezúton is köszönöm. Más alkalommal tönkrement hamar egy cipőm(újrahasznosított anyagból készült) megjavíttatták,azóta hordom,már nem túl szalonképes de nagyon kényelmes. Egyébként nem volt még rossz tapasztalatom. Egy negatívum mégis van- a boltokban használt illatosító borzasztóan erős.....:)

Értékelhetetlen a bolt, a termék, összevissza vegyesen vannak bepakolva a helyükre. Ami persze nem a helyük lenne. A kiállitott cipők mögött teljesen más termékek vannak. Lásd, női cipők. Gyerek Adidas cipők. Stb

Cipő a vásárlás és a próba alatt megfelelt. Első használat során több helyen véresre törte a lábam. Két napon belül visszavittük. "Szakértőhöz" küldték. A "szakértő"szerint jó. A szakértő vajon felvette és sétált benne? Soha többet ccc vásárlás!

We had a very disappointing experience at this shop. From the moment we started shopping, a lady from the staff kept following us closely, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. It felt as if we were being suspected of stealing, which was very offensive, especially since we came for bulk shopping due to their discount offers. We understand the need for security, but there are better ways to ensure it, like using scanners or monitoring from a distance. Constantly walking behind customers creates a negative shopping experience. This behavior made us feel unwelcome and was very unpleasant. We hope the management improves their approach to customer service in the future.
