Great hostel in the middle of the city. The crew was really helpful. My pillow was a bit uncomfortable and when I mentioned it to the staff they gave me a brand new pillow immidiately.

I stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The hostel was incredibly clean, and everyone, right down to the cleaning staff, was so kind and welcoming. Having laundry facilities available was a huge plus for me. I also really appreciated having access to a kitchen so I could cook my own meals. Highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews, especially negative ones. However, as someone who has been saved by many reviews during my travels, I feel it is my duty to share what happened here. On the morning of my 4th night, a bedbug appeared in my room. I caught it immediately, secured it in a tissue, and reported it to the staff along with the physical evidence. At that point, I understood that it is difficult for a hostel with many travelers to completely avoid bedbugs, so I had no intention of writing a bad review. However, their subsequent response was so incredibly dishonest and unreasonable that I am compelled to write this. Since my English is not perfect, I used a translation app to ensure a clear record, keeping screenshots of the conversation history as evidence. All of the staff's absurd statements are exactly as shown in the attached images. First, the hostel completely refused a full refund. Simply because no one else had complained, they falsely blamed me, stating there was a "really high possibility that you have accidentally brought them in." They completely evaded their responsibility by gaslighting the guest. Furthermore, they gave me factually wrong and highly dangerous hyg
