The "Tasting Hungary cake selection" was great, all three of them! I didn't like the "Centrál Sweet “Hortobágyi Pancake”" too much. The hot chocolate with the whipped cream was pretty good. The highlight was the indoors space of the cafe, an amazing atmosphere for a quiet Sunday morning. Service was great too! Our favorite cafe in our time at Budapest.

During our stay in Budapest, we decided to pick the closest cafe for easy breakfast and coffee options. The service in this cafe is phenominal. The staff is beyond friendly and attentive. Our food came quickly, and was piping hot. The drinks were goregeous too. The place isn't expensive when compared to the other local cafes. For both of our visits we didnt pay more than 40 euro for the total bills. The servers Laci and Gabor were incredibly helpful and up for a small chat. Would definitely recommend this cafe for a quick bite to eat that wont break the bank.

Truly one of my favorite dining experiences in a long time. Laci went above and beyond in every way. The food was wonderful but above all the desert was divine. The mirror glaze on the brownie was beautiful and the vegan and gluten free options were wonderful. The dessert in the photo was gluten and dairy free. Truly can’t say enough good things about this wonderful establishment. Thank you Laci for all you did!!

I had a wonderful experience here. The place is beautiful, the desserts were delicious, and the atmosphere felt very elegant and cozy. Special thanks to Laci, who was extremely polite and attentive. Since I was traveling alone, we had a very pleasant small talk, which made my visit feel even warmer and more personal. And the prosecco at the end was such a lovely touch. Honestly, top service. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely experience at Central Café in Budapest. The Egg Benedict was absolutely delicious — perfectly poached eggs with a rich, creamy hollandaise sauce and great balance of flavors. Everything tasted fresh and beautifully prepared. For dessert, we tried a vanilla pastry with some strawberry jam and it was amazing! Light, flavorful, and the perfect sweet finish to our meal. Definitely a must-try. A special thank you to Miki, who was really nice with us. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. His service made our visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back again! 😊
