Really bad experience, I suggest to avoid them with serious issues. They have failed even to clean the wounds of our dog, while charged for it and offered an array of unnecessary examinations - instead of the needed operation patching the wounds. They overdramatised the problem and treatment - as we realised when another vet saved our dog and been puzzled by their negligence and rip-off. I would recommend avoiding them unless you are glad to burn money and your pet has no serious condition.

We are frequent visitors, and what ever problem we facing they are really helpful. Everyone is so kind and patient with Prezli and with us. Since i live here in Budapest we only bring Prezli to this place. I have to mention that its possible, that you arrive before several people and you will be called later, i guess this is because how severe the problem is. Parking can be tricky if there are others.

Super nice and empathic people! I wish I'd remember their names, but I came with my sick cat late at night urgently and they were super kind, understanding and helpful and even stayed longer for him. Very competent staff. The whole team. And fair prices as well. Can warmly recommend them to take care of loved ones. 5 stars!
