Sammy has a good stay here for the past two months! Alex is very kind and he replied messages quickly when i want to see Sammy’s pics. He updated how Sammy was doing during the two months whenever i asked, which made me not worried about her all the time. Gonna take her here again when i go back to my country:)

This is the third time I've left a cat in this place. He's always well looked after and fed. There have never been any problems and I'm sure there won't be.

We left the cat in this pension because we did not have a choice unfortunately as we had a flight the same day, the owner kept our cat locked for 10 straight days in a cage, because supposed to be aggressive. Our cat is just extremely scared and the way you deal with these cats is to leave them outside just for small time to get them to know the environment first while the others are in the cages (i.e. 30 mins, 1 hour). But unfortunately this guy know nothing about cats and in the end we paid just to have our cat locked in a cage. This guy scared me so much that I had to cancel the first review I wrote after the episode (2 years ago) as I was scared he would have come to us and seek some vengeance (he locked me inside his basement when I started complaining and did not let me out for 5 minutes until I threatened to call the police) as he had my address. I don't care anymore so I am now gonna repeat what I deleted. This guy is not a vet and pretends to be one and opine on vet's directions, nobody should leave him anywhere close to an animal. Oh guess what? Our belt never came up, you lost our belt and you are so arrogant that never admitted your fault. FYI you do not treat a client
