On 28th of March we came ti watch movie. The haul was full. And Air conditioner didn’t work. It was extremely hot. Not comfortable. Seems like management don’t care about customers who pay for tickets. I don’t recommend. Cs coming to watch movie , you expect to relax and enjoy but in the end you’re suffering in hot room and had to leave in the middle of the movie. Please consider this and take some actions

I’ve been to this cinema many times, and most of the time the temperature in the halls is far beyond comfortable: it gets so hot that it’s difficult to focus on the movie, even if it’s good. It was especially unbearable in hall 13 last time.

It was my first time watching a movie at this location. The hardware and facilities are pretty much the same as other cinemas, so nothing special to mention there. However, the service quality really needs improvement. First, when checking my ticket, the staff told me the movie was in 3D and asked me to buy 3D glasses, even though it was clearly a 2D screening. Second, the free parking service is nice in theory, but the parking validation can only be done at the ticket counter. The line was incredibly long. I strongly suggest adopting the same approach as Arena, where they validate parking tickets during the ticket check — it’s so much more convenient.

Its clean and organized cinema. Theres not a lot of people on a Monday we went there to see Superman. Limited movies in English but its okay thats how it is. The staff can communicate in English since theyre mostly young people so its a plus.

Came to Hungary for Xmas and came to this cinema for my first viewing of Spiderman No Way Home... and for a foreigner coming in - this was a great first experience in a cinema in Hungary! The cinema had posters and statues from different films and gave off a "big cinema" vibe and made it feel like the first time I came to a cinema as a kid. Prices were reasonable (or as "reasonable" as it could be for a cinema in Budapest), cinema was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. My only "complaint" was that we ordered a large drink and got given a 1ltr bottle and would be charged extra for cups... Fortunately price wise everything was cheaper than it was in the UK so it didn't hurt too much 😅 Definitely recommended.
