Apartment was great. Double bed very comfortable. Sofa bed as good as sofa beds can be. It states that it comes with free toiletries but there was just a tub of clear liquid in the shower tray and soap at the sink. Air conditioning was only in the bedroom. Our room was to be on the second floor but instead we were up another flight with no lift. After a long day exploring wonderful Budapest I found these stairs quite a struggle. Check in with online instructions was without problems.

Unit is clean, well appointed and functional. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Only that water comes out from the bathroom floor seemingly due to leakage. Location is central, easy access to points of transportation and tourist destinations / shopping / restaurant district. Everything can be reached by foot. Security is good and check in instructions was detailed and easy to follow.

Location is great, you have access to all kind of transportation and markets nearby, the room is in good condition, but the building is quite old, no elevator, and has wired rules such as limited usage of hot water! Budapest is safe and night life is going on but be careful with addicted people and drug dealers around during night! In general it is a nice place for a short stay but not worth for the money you pay! Budapest has a great transportation, so take a 3 days metro/bus pass and go a bit far from the center and get a better service for the money.

The accommodation is located in a large building with gallery access. My room had windows facing the gallery, while other apartments may also have windows facing the street, so you can choose. The following description matches this specific apartment, other variants may differ. The apartment was very clean, in perfect technical condition, felt safe. The owner communicates via email, you can perform an online check-in and receive instructions on how to find your apartment and how to check out. Very fast reaction when you need anything. The apartment consists of a large room with a bed and a kitchenette, plus a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and various types of plates, cutlery, cups, and small pots in a set for two people. There is a comfortable large bed and a practical table for two where you can comfortably eat, write, or work on a laptop without worrying about space. The room includes a place to hang your clothes and a four-compartment open-grid wardrobe for various items. Two windows facing the gallery are equipped with adjustable blinds. The apartment was clean, bright, and very comfortable. We stayed in 2C, which is on the 3rd floor (accessible by stairs). The location is excellent — everything is very close and easy to reach. It’s also very convenient from the airport: just take the 100E bus for two stops, followed by about a 10-minute walk. The only small improvement would be adding a sofa in the living room, which would make it even more comfortable for relaxing and watching TV. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend it.
