After my cat underwent dental surgery at this clinic, she stopped eating completely and her condition quickly worsened. We contacted the clinic repeatedly, but were told it was “just stress after the procedure.” Despite the fact that she had not eaten for six days and was clearly in serious distress, no proper diagnostics were performed. She was only given pain relief, appetite stimulant injections, and vitamins. I truly trusted this clinic and followed their advice, which is why I did not immediately seek help elsewhere. It was our first time coming here because we needed a vaccination for our dog. Receptionist is very clever, she was answering kindly and politely to our questions. Many thanks to Dr. Lola, she helped us in our case. Professional, fast, clean. Recommend this clinic for sure!

Super nice and professional. Amazing staff, very helpful and positive (everyone, from the vets to the front desk). Everyone speaking English. We came here several times and they were always attentive and listening. Great that they are open on Saturdays. Prices are fair. If you come on Saturday better to be there before 9am if you don't want to wait too much in line, even though it's the official opening time. Recommended
