The clinic is very nice and my experiences with doctors and receptionists were also perfect. However! Yesterday I visited Dr Prof Tóth Miklós and my experience with him was terrible. He is just an awful person, very rude! He acted as if he was doing a favour for me, he didn't want to help. He doesn't know how to use a computer so an IT guy had to help him with everything, therefore he was late and he also asked about what I did with other doctors, read out loud a medical issue in front of the IT guy, which is a huge breach of confidentiality and greatly humiliating. He was mad at me for not bringing paper documents (because he can't use the computer) (which were never needed given the cloud) and didn't seem very competent in what he does either. Rude overall. He should not work with people and certainly should not ruin the reputation of this clinic, or any clinic!!! Just awful! Avoid him at all cost!!

Staff members are professional and helpful. The place is clean, and newly equipped. The pricing is fair and similar to any other private clinics in the capital.

My medical experience has been great. Also professional staff that are helpful and reaching beyond expected service. If i would need medical services in the future, i would not hesitate to engage them again.

Unprofessional, Incompetent, and Utterly Useless - Avoid at All Costs! I strongly advise against using this clinic. My experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. After lab test, receiving my test results became an impossible task due to sheer incompetence. When I registered, my email address was correct on the paper I gave to the nurse, but when I didn't receive the results, I went in person and there was a typo in the system. When I visited in person to request a printout for a crucial doctor's appointment, the staff member provided an incomplete report and falsely assured me the error in their system was fixed. Unsurprisingly, I still cannot access my results online, and my emails go ignored. The unprofessionalism extends to their medical standards. During the blood draw, the nurse was touching her personal phone and the keyboard, and proceeded without using any antiseptic+ the procedure left my arm severely bruised for a week. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of interest in providing even basic customer service or adhering to basic hygiene. Steer clear of this place.

Very clean and neat clinic. Staff is kind and gives good attention on arrival. Doctor was also very kind and more importantly they speak English which made it more easier.
