Magánlaborhoz képest meglepően rossz ügyfélkezelés. Úgy éreztem, zavarom őket a jelenlétemmel.

Teljes csalódás. A személyzet lekezelő, a kommunikáció minimális, empátia gyakorlatilag nulla. Nem ide fogok visszatérni.

Évek óta halogattam a vérvételt, mert mindig féltem tőle, de most végre rászántam magam, és nagyon pozitív élményem volt. A hölgy, aki levette a vért, rendkívül gyorsan és profin végezte el a feladatot. Szinte semmit nem éreztem, csak egy apró csípést, ami sokkal kevésbé volt fájdalmas, mint amire számítottam.

Gyors, pontos, kedves és ügyes hölgy vette le a vért és intézte az adminisztrációt. Érdeklődő, többször is megkérdezte, hogy minden rendben van-e a terheléses vérvétel folyamán, nem-e vagyok rosszul stb. Már kétszer jártam itt, csak pozitív tapasztalatom van.

A rendelőt csak ajánlani tudom. Vérvétel még nem volt ekkora pozitív csalódás számomra. A hölgy kiemelkedően megértő, kedves és segítőkész. A részeredményeket még aznap este megkaptam.
