⚠️ **Avoid MoneyGram – Funds Taken, Not Delivered** I made two transactions (#42984702 on 5 February and #94213153 on 31 January) and the money was debited from my card but never delivered. After multiple attempts to resolve this, MoneyGram failed to provide clear proof of where the funds are. Instead, they sent a very strange non-verifiable document with a code that does not even specify the receiving bank name or dates. My receiver bank, Absa, confirmed that no funds were received by MoneyGram and no trace request was ever made, despite MoneyGram claiming otherwise. This is a serious contradiction. I also found many other customers reporting the same issue after a few successful transactions, which is extremely concerning. 🚨 The issue was never resolved because MoneyGram clearly wanted to keep the full amount paid to them and intends to deliver not a single cent, and now I am being forced to escalate this case to financial regulators and pursue actions in order to get my money back. ⚠️ Be very cautious using MoneyGram. Very impressed by highly professional support provided by a beautiful, kind, very friendly and positive ladies Nicolette and Eva who were my cashiers of MoneyGram Podmanivskiy when I was receiving Moneygram transfer. If all employees working with Customers in Budapest where like Eva and Nicolette, there would be no complaining Customers at all, only happy and satisfied Customers! Because Customer service in Budapest is on a very low level, here each time I come, I am very pleasantly surprised having such a naturally positive and highly professional approach!

Was using this exchange couple of times for several years and it was fine, either today was denied to exchange not a high amount HUF/EUR when cashier made a call to "boss" and I got an discrimination answer that "we can not exchange money according your nationality". Believe, for locals is ok, for the foreigners please keep in mind about possibility if such issues..

Very unprofessional treatment. Rude clerk that refused to help me on multiple occasions and is probably racist to me because I wear the Hijab. Will never come back again.

Despite all negative reviews, my experience was different. The lady work there was very nice, quick, and good English speaker. Based on my experience, I tottaly recommend this branch since Tesco branches are the worst ever.
