Called in advance for an exchange and it was communicated that no extra fees will take place. Exchange happened and extra fees were charged and mentioned only after the exchanged was finalized and nothing could be done. Stay away. Don't change here.

Nagyon korrekt hölgy dolgozik itt! Nagyobb összeget váltottunk euróra, és bár a Sparban elég kannibál arcok mászkáltak, a hölgy nagyon profin kezelte a helyzetet – behívott minket egy külön, zárt helyiségbe, lehúzta a rolót, és teljes nyugalomban tudtuk intézni a váltást. Nagyon biztonságosnak éreztük, minden gyorsan ment. Ha lehetne, 10 csillagot adnék! 💪💶

Csak készpénzt lehet (még mindig) átváltani. Az ember azt gondolná, hogy ilyen 2025-ben már nincsen: nos de. Az átváltás ára legalább előnyös.

18:00 ig van nyitvatartási idő én 17 :32 kor voltam ott és be volt zárva. Semmiféle papír nem volt kiirva hogy miért van zárva. Az összes budapesti nyitva lévő üzletüket hívtam, egyik sem vette fel. Senkinek sem ajánlom.
