I found their rates the best so far on the Buda side of the city. I can't say the lady behind the counter was rude or just not talkative enough and I did not care that much tbh. What mattered more, only at the last minute you realize they charge a commission on top of the advertised rates but you still have time to turn around . I did not, since even with their commission it was better than the most "no commission" places that local exchanges so in love to post as a big advertisement hahaha. I mean nowadays an infant understands they are not volunteers and get their money from what they baked in the ridiculous rates.... But we all know these games lol

Rude staff The lady sent me out while serving another customer, I could argue wiht this move since the local is quite spacious inside, but let's say she was right, BUT sending out a customer 'to take fresh air' is beyond rude to me!

Utterly bad customer experience. Wanted to change 400k huf to eur and asked the special rate. Normal rate was 384.5 and she said I can get 0.10 can huf.(its not really special deal but that's not my issue). She gave me a price of over 401k for 1000 euros. Literally 36-37 euros less than on the website even tho rates were the same as the main office. Won't go there again!
