Az utóbbi időben, többször jártam itt, mert a dollár árfolyam itt jó. Viszont bármikor mentem, rozzant kajaszag volt az üzletben. Nem értem, hiszen van ebédidő, biztos van valahol a közelben kajálda, miért nem oda mennek enni. Másik. Bármikor mentem dollárt venni, 10 dolláros címlet, még soha nem volt. Lehet, hogy nekem nincs szerencsém, de azért ez mégis dühítő. Már előre szemem előtt van a tulaj valasza, hogy mennyire sajnálja. Szerintem, nem sajnálkozni kéne, hanem cselekedni. Amúgy az ott dolgozókkal semmi gond nincs, nagyon rendesek.

13.05- kor érkeztem, pénzváltónál függöny elhúzva. A másik ablakból kiszólt a hölgy hogy 13.30ig ebédidő van és állítólag ez a Google oldalán is megtalálható. Hát itt nincs szó semmiféle ebéd időről csak a 9-18ig tartó nyitva tartásról van tájékoztatás . A szemben levő pénzváltónál még jobban is jártam..

Az egy dolog, hogy ma ultra peches napom volt, és semmi sem úgy sikerült ahogy kellett, de na.. Ebédidőben 12:20 körül érkeztem, pechemre figyelmetlenségem miatt vártam vagy 15 percet, mire észrevettem, hogy CSAK ÉS KIZÁRÓLAG kp-val lehet fizetni. Ok, semmi gond, megyek, veszek fel kp-t. Visszaérek, 12:58-ra kb, előttem még vár valaki az üzlet előtt. Egy idő után feladta, elindult. Várok tovább - hiszen ki van táblázva, hogy egyszerre csak 1 fő tartózkodhat bent minden ablak előtt. Majd 13:05-kor kijön az a páros akik jónéhány perce bent voltak, mire megyek be, a roló lehúz, és a köszönésem után beközli a faszkikám, hogy 13:00-tól ebédszünet. Értem én, hogy valamikor enni kell, de utánam nem volt már senki. Felkészülten, úgy érkeztem, hogy előtte telefonon lebeszéltem mindent (kivéve a kp-s fizetési módot), de kokrétan ignorálva lettem, úgy hogy előtte meg ott vártam az ajtó előtt a 40 fokban, mint egy marha. Az ügyfélélmény, az megfizethetetlen volt…. Tökéletes mintaképe annak, ahogy manapság emberként általában hogy állunk a másikhoz. Csalódás, düh, szánalom.

We went there to change forints into US Dollars, and for some unknown reason the guy insisted on splitting the amount into two transactions. When we got the money and the receipts, we realized they changed about 6,000 forints less than we had given them. This is a new kind of cheating I never experienced before. Correct Change does have good rates, but when they short change you like this, the rates don't really matter.
