To attention of the Owner of "Cream" store at Karoly krt: Customer Service is just horrible! Very elderly aggressive not neat woman cashier provides very BAD Customer Service and has to be fired for her very aggressive, rude behavior to all Customers without exception and absolute lack of Customer Service skills. Until she is there your store will continue keeping BAD IMAGE and very low level of Customer Service - WORST in Budapest! Me and my friends have been shopping here almost ywo years and we liked it because of location, now we stopped because each time me or my friends or family members were visiting the store she acted extremely rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. Recently she saw me entering the dressing room at !7.15 pm, she made angry face (she is angry 24/7) and angrily pronounced: "It's already 7.15!!!" And started to point time on her watch... All people who come to shop st 7 pm (the same as a lot of other time slots) suffer from her rudeness and aggressiveness...Each simple communication with any Customer this woman she tryes to turn into a conflict. Last time to my simple question in English she started to angrily shout that I have to speak Hungarian:) In
