Great young people, great shop! Professional service! Highly recommended!

I recently had a fantastic experience at a local DIY shop/tool store that deserves to be shouted from the rooftops. The range of products available was impressive, covering all the bases for both amateur DIY enthusiasts and professional tradespeople alike. The store layout made it easy to find what I was looking for, but what really set this place apart was the customer service. On the rare occasion they didn't have an item in stock, the staff went above and beyond to recommend another shop where I could find it. This level of customer care and community spirit is what makes a store stand out. It's not just about making a sale, but ensuring the customer leaves satisfied and with their problem solved. I left the store not only with the tools I needed but with a sense of being genuinely looked after. This is a store that understands the true value of customer service, and I’ll definitely be returning for all my future DIY needs.

Highly recommended! I went there, told them my problem and they helped me pick the right sized and type screws for the project. Professional service, helpful staff and very-very reasonable prices. I'm glad I shopped here instead of a big DIY chain.

A great little shop where I was helped by someone who spoke English which was a plus for me. If you can't see it ask as they probably have it out back.
