We bought 2 Jana water and 1 Kinder surprise each of them was 750 and he tried to calculate around 2400 and showed us from calculator, we bought same water from somewhere each was 350.

Very overpriced and bad experience. The same items can be found in other markets for much cheaper. I had a problem returning an item, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The clerk refused the return, and spoke in Hungarian even though I was speaking English. The situation was stressful and disappointing. I do not recommend this store.

A terrible and very unpleasant experience. The shop owner was rude, impatient, and treated us in a humiliating and disrespectful way. We only realized this after we had already paid. After the payment, we asked for a shopping bag. In response, she started shouting at us, insulting us, and eventually forced us out of the store in a very degrading manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially toward paying customers. I do not recommend shopping there and will not support this store.

The old lady with black hair is so unfriendly. She didn’t learn any culture or respect. Me and my husband came from Austria and we’re shocked how rude this lady with black hair was. She is cashier there, but she thinks she is Elisabeth ||😂

A convenience store well located in a corner of a pedestrian street. It carries the classic local stuff: wine, sausages, paprika, preserves... Some reviewers found the staff "rude". I don't think they are rude but the place is not a supermarket or a Duty Free Shop in Heathrow. It's just a glorified grocery with 2 helps trying to do their best. I have seen similar in Russia, Greece, Poland... They are not there to dance for you, smile or anything. You take what you need, pay and keep the conversation to the minimum. The entertainment value is very low but the place is practical for a quick shopping. There are other places to buy paprika. They even smile but the price is 100% more expensive. I would rather pay half price without smile.
