Kételkedve adtam le az autómat biztosítási javításra, hogy majd biztos kifognak valamit találni, hogy ne kelljen kifizetni a közel 1 milliós javítást, de nem így történt, sőt, a szervíz és a biztosítő közötti e-mail váltásokba a biztosító becsatolja az ügyfelet is, hogy szemmel lehessen kísérni a folyamatot és a kommunikációt! Abszolút ügyfélközpontúak, kimondottan ajánlom azoknak akiknek pl nagyobb értékű elektromos autójuk van, és lejárt, vagy valamiért nem él már rá a gyári garancia! Remélem sokáig maradnak a piacon!

I found Defend Insurance Kft. highly professional. Once I sent in all the requested information, my claim was processed within a reasonable time. I was also very impressed by how quickly my questions were answered. Great Service!!!

I was actually positively surprised. I had a smaller issue on a VW id3 - the rear wheel gave a weird clicking sound (I won't be detailing the issue as I don't know the parts in english :D ). I took it to the local vw dealer and they gave an offer of 200k huf for the fix. The insurance company asked for pictures of the disassembled parts. Initially they wanted to reject but I argued that this should be covered by the insurance and they accepted and approved in the end. The payment just went through too. Their response time was pretty fast - usually within 1 working day. The only annoying thing is that you need to take the car apart, send pictures of the issue and you need to wait with the actual fix until they approve. This is pretty annoying, especially for the dealer as the car might be occupying a spot for an extra day or so. All in all it ended well. But the insurance was still more expensive than the fix itself. I'm hoping I won't need to use them again, but if I do, this situation gave me some confidence that I can trust them.

The chance that something will break in the vehicle that is not excluded from the insurance is really small. The funniest thing is that most of the positive reviews here are fake.

Wish I had never used this company. Typical insurance company who just try and find ways of not validating your claim. I will not use them again. Next time I will get a BMW warranty for my car who said that they would have honoured my claim had I been with them!!
