The worst experience from extremely impolite staff. I would never go back nor recommend anyone to go here. And it was even just buying a sunscreen from the French brand, Uriage which isn't in any shape or form cheap. The spray can was malfunctioning but obviously we found out only whilst on the beach. There nearly came anything out, so it was emptied way too fast with no sunscreen on. In 1day, almost half a bottle was out, so I went back and said something is wrong. An elderly lady accused me for using it, destroying the top and coming back and wanting a new. It is amazing - this level of service only happens in Hungary. For one of the most expensive sunscreens in the store, she made a fuzz out of something that clearly did not work. I get amazed when this happens and how it is not better for them just to be helpful, rather than having an angry customer.

I am so disappointed with their service. I was super sweet to them and kindly asked a question, to which they reacted so rudely just because my question was in English. Super racist and very unhelpful, don’t consider this pharmacy in your times of need, it’s the worst I’ve been to in all Budapest and I’ve been living here for more than one year and never experienced that kind of treatment.

On Sunday evening, I was queuing outside the pharmacy. The customer in front of me was shouting at the lady pharmacist. The lady was very kind in trying to help her and then was extremely helpful to me. It is very rare to see that. I am glad to see such professionals working in this pharmacy. I will definitely return here!

I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. Very racist professionals, at least with the Spanish tourist. They humiliated me and did not attend to my need. My Hungarian doctor had to call them to provide me with the medication as they refused despite having my details on his computer.
