Stay away from this store if you want to protect your peace… they are super rude. I go because it’s the nearest to me but there are many other nice DMs in Budapest with nicer people who work there.

The behavior of the store clerks is frankly upsetting and disgusting. Any time I have come here their behavior has been unprofessional and just rude. I tried giving it a few chances because the location is convenient but it's not worth it to be treated like this.

I like Drogerie markt in general, but I really don't understand this particular store. I mean how can a store, that sells baby grooming and feeding products not be made accessible by strolleys? Not mentioning disabled people. There's a three-step staircase at the entrance and half of the store is in the basement, and can only be accessed by - once again- a long staircase. DM has a baby and child friendly image, and yet they don't pay attention to this in the 21st century.

Terrible service!!! I was looking for earplugs and asked for help but the lady at the checkout said something in hungarian, looked at me looking rude and turned away. Luckily I found the earplugs at the pharmacy next door. What kind of idiot serves paying customers like this!?
