We tried to make an appointment at Dogmopolite several times - submitted requests through the website, but no one ever got back to us. Eventually, we started calling the listed phone numbers ourselves, but no one answered.

The people working here clearly couldn’t care less about potential clients :) We’ve communicated a few times — the first time, due to their carelessness, we were scheduled for the wrong date, so we had to cancel. The second time, they told us there were no available slots until the end of the year and didn’t even offer any alternatives. I believe the time spent writing this review is more worthwhile than dealing with these staff members. I do not recommend them.

We had an amazing experience at the salon. I called the central to schedule an appointment. Peter was very helpful und reliable. At the salon the employee was sooooo friendly with my dogs, so I could leave them with no doubt. When we came back the boys looked fantastic. And they loved the friendly employee and were playing with her. Thank you so much!!
