I’ve bought flowers here 5-6 times over the past year for birthdays. The flowers are always fresh and lovely that’s the only reason I kept coming back. But every time, the service has been cold and unfriendly. This July, I visited twice. The first time was during graduation season, so I tried to be understanding, but no one paid attention to us for a long time. My friend and I both felt ignored and uncomfortable. The staff didn’t smile, used a rude tone, and acted annoyed when I tried to see how different flowers looked together. I apologized and asked nicely, but still got eye-rolls and sighs. A few days later, I went again on a quiet Monday this time. The girl with glasses helped me, but her attitude was even worse. She kept rolling her eyes and sighing while I picked flowers, even though I was being polite. After a few minutes, she just left and sent another girl to help, who was much nicer. When I paid, they asked me to send money via Revolut, which felt a bit sketchy. Then, only after noticing I was upset, they suddenly offered me a discount card even though I’ve shopped here several times and it was never mentioned before. It’s my second bouquet from them, but in my experience the flowers are not so fresh. In a bouquet of a few types of flowers, two stems of roses, and one stem of a rose is already way shorter than the rest, clearly has been cut down already a few times. The second day and the roses are already browning too. I know flowers are living and do not last forever, but for the price you expect they will at least be pretty for a few days 😊
