Good variety of yoga classes with amazing yoga instructors. All 4 locations have an outstanding quality, however personally I prefer the Hegyvidék as it feels the most comfortable for myself.

Downdog yoga has been around for a while, unfortunately it's been going down hill. It has been mismanaged and misguided for a long time. The studio manager Bea Vida, due to her own lack of management capability and lack of time spent in practicing yoga. If you ever attended one of her classes and workshops, you would find her waving her hands randomly, any students' sneeze or cough could easily knock her off balance. Lacking any body control that comes with an advanced yogi that is required to supervise a group of teachers. I often had to go into child pose because I'm laughing so hard at this so called teaching, so others would mistake my body twitching as breathing. As a result, down Dog is having trouble retaining teachers with advanced training or women teachers who had undergone rigorous training. As a secondary result, this attracts unfit male students to class (I'd recommend HIIT or cross fit, yoga is not the best in help losing weight) due to the low quality. I'd recommend doing yoga on the internet over this studio, it's free and with qualifed teachers.
