​2 stars. I can’t give it any more than that. ​The haircut itself was okay. ​As for my beard, I have the same professional-grade equipment at home, and I honestly do a better job myself. I was expecting a precision scissor cut. Instead, it was all clipper work—freehand—exactly how I do it. ​It was a disaster. At the shop, standing 2 meters away from the mirror, you don't notice the details. Once I got home, I realized there were stray hairs everywhere. It was more like hedge-trimming than barbering. I had to fix everything myself. ​I expected more from an extremely well-rated barber in Budapest. ​Even for the hair, they barely used scissors—mostly just clippers. For €20 in France, I get a haircut from a reputable stylist using only a comb, a razor, and scissors. That professional takes over 30 minutes just for the hair, and you can clearly see the difference in quality. ​Here, hair + beard took 30 minutes and cost €34 (13,000 HUF). That is expensive. To break it down: if we assume €20 for a 25-minute haircut, those 5 minutes of clipper beard-trimming cost me €14 (5,300 HUF). A welcoming drink to choose from a coffee, beer or soda is always appreciated. Krisztofer despite not speaking English did a great job with me archiving the result I was looking for. All this for a very fair price or 5700huf in a nice place well located.
